For more than 300 years, St. Paul’s Church has steadfastly remained a part of the Hanover County community. In colonial times the church provided a center of worship and fellowship for the sparsely populated area. With little opportunity to see neighbors, the church provided a much needed location for neighbors to meet and to worship together.

Today our church continues to provide a similar function in our fast paced world. With increasing responsibilities and stresses in this computer age, the need for fellowship and a welcoming environment are as important as ever. From pancake suppers to work days at the church to helping neighbors in need we welcome opportunities to help. Through community worship and social interactions, our members continue to seek new avenues to serve the larger surrounding community. Outreach efforts extend into the surrounding counties as well as the City of Richmond. Christian Education and Vacation Bible School remain vital components of the St. Paul’s philosophy.

All persons are welcome at the Lord’s table and are welcome at St. Paul’s Church. In these trying times Christian teachings, fellowship and support are as important as they’ve ever been.
